# Bulk Upload Multiple Product Boost Payout Rules

When you [upload Product Boost campaigns](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/beta-product-boost/product-boost-campaign-management/bulk-upload-product-boost-campaigns.md) in bulk, you can add multiple payout rules to a single campaign. You can do this by adding *continuation* *rows* after the campaign row during creation or modification.

## Include multiple payout rules in your bulk upload

1. While [preparing your CSV or Excel file](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/beta-product-boost/product-boost-campaign-management/bulk-upload-product-boost-campaigns.md#prepare-your-file) for upload, find the campaign row for which you want additional payout rules.
2. Add another row below it.
3. In your continuation row, leave the `Campaign Name` blank.
   * This allows the system to read your continuation row as an additional payout rule for the same campaign, rather than another campaign entry.
4. See the [Additional row guidelines](#additional-row-guidelines) for which columns to fill in for your continuation row.
   * The screenshot below shows how your file upload will appear during validation:

When adding multiple payout rules to a Product Boost campaign, apply these guidelines to any continuation rows.

### Example file with a continuation row

{% code overflow="wrap" %}

```
Campaign Name,Method,Campaign ID,Vendor ID,Internal Campaign ID,Funding,Eligibility Type,Partner IDs,Partner Group IDs,Budget,Enforced Budget,Draft,Start Date,End Date,Event Type ID,Payout Type,Payout Value,Precedence,Rules
Winter Boot Promo,Add,,,EXAMPLE-001,,JOINED_PARTNERS,,,1000.00,no,yes,2026-08-01T00:00:00-07:00,2026-08-31T23:59:59-07:00,17897,FIXED,5.00,10,[ITEM_SKU IS BOOT123]
,,,,,,,,,,,,17897,FIXED,3.00,,[ITEM_SKU IS BOOT456]
```

{% endcode %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important for modifications:** Updating the rule field during a campaign modification erases and replaces any pre-existing rules and event types for that campaign. If you want to add continuation rows while keeping the pre-existing event types or payout rules, you'll need to include each one as a [continuation row](#additional-row-guidelines).
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/beta-product-boost/product-boost-campaign-management/bulk-upload-multiple-product-boost-payout-rules.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
