# Filter & Manage Advocate Participants You can filter participants, view a participant profile and performance statistics, and [add](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/manage-advocate-participants/add-an-individual-participant-reward-or-referral) or [import](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/manage-advocate-participants/import-advocate-participants-in-bulk) users. #### View your participants 1. Search for or filter your participants using the filtering tools below *Participants*. * Refer to the [*Filter participants*](#section-idm4635334047860834208509935321) section for more information. 3. Select a **participant's name** to see more information about their profile. 4. View an overview of the participant stats. * Refer to the *Participants statistics table* for more information. * For additional insights into participant statistics, view [Reporting Overview](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/advocate-reporting-and-analytics/advocate-analytics-overview-explained). 5. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select **Refresh Participant Stats** to get the latest insights.

Any flags for this participant, including fraud and security concerns or cash payout-related holds.

Note: If participants run into issues with payout holds or have questions about payments, they can reach out to the impact.com support team for assistance.

| | Date Added | The date on which this participant was created in impact.com. | | Traffic | The total number of visitors that have clicked one of this participant's share links. | | Goals | The total number of times a user achieved a program goal. Refer to [Advocate Program Rules Explained](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/getting-started-with-advocate/advocate-program-rules-explained) to learn more about goals. | | Referrals | The number of referrals started by a participant. | | Converted Referrals | The number of referrals that have successfully signed up and then completed the referral process. | | Rewards | The total number of [rewards](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/advocate-rewards/program-reward-options-explained) the user earned. |
#### Filter participants Filter participants by matching certain characteristics with a filter type and the preferred value. Some filters can be created using [custom fields](https://help.impact.com/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/advocate-program/manage-advocate-participants/custom-and-calculated-fields/custom-fields-for-advocate-explained) and appear in the filter drop-down menu. 1. On the *Participants* screen, next to the search box, select **Advanced filter** → **Add filter** 2.
