# Reward Feed Explained
The *Reward Feed* offers a detailed, real-time view into how and when participants receive rewards across your Advocate program. It’s not just a reporting tool—it helps you verify program performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-backed decisions. Use it to track which rewards have been issued, which program they’re associated with, and their current status, ensuring your rewards strategy works as intended.
#### Why the Reward Feed matters
The **Reward Feed** is more than just a log, it’s a strategic tool for identifying what’s working (and what’s not) in your referral program. By analyzing the reward data, you can:
* **Monitor program health**: Use the Reward Feed to identify issues like delayed rewards, reward denials, or signs of fraud (e.g. self-referrals). This visibility helps you spot patterns early and maintain the integrity and effectiveness of your program.
* **Diagnose referral funnel issues**: If rewards aren’t being issued as expected, it may indicate low referred user conversion, technical issues, or misunderstanding of program rules.
* **Track campaign effectiveness**: Filter by program or time frame to evaluate if new campaigns or reward types (e.g. limited-time offers) had an impact.
* **Optimize reward strategy**: Understand which reward types, values, or sources (e.g. referral vs manual) drive the most engagement and action.
#### How to find the Reward Feed:
1. From the left navigation menu, select  **\[Engage] → Rewards → Feed**.
2. Use the  **\[Add Filter]** option to find rewards that match certain criteria.
3. Hover over a participant and select **Show more** to see the exact data received that initiated the reward.
#### Understanding the Reward Feed columns
The table below provides a reference guide for each column in the **Reward Feed**. Use this to better understand what each column represents and how to interpret reward data more effectively.

| Source | How the reward was obtained or earned (e.g., referral). |
| Status | The current status of the reward as explained below:
• Available: The reward has been earned and is ready to be issued.
• Pending: The reward is in a holding or locking period and is not yet ready for distribution.
• Cancelled: The reward has been voided and will not be issued.
• Redeemed: The reward has been successfully claimed or used. This status only displays if manually marked as redeemed by the client.
• Sent to Partner Wallet: (For Cash programs) The reward funds have been successfully transferred to the participant's internal balance.

#### Using Reward Feed filters
The filters in the **Reward Feed** help you quickly locate specific rewards based on key attributes like status, type, dates, or source. Whether you’re investigating a missing reward, validating program performance, or segmenting data for reporting, these filters give you the control to narrow in on exactly what you need.
Below is a reference guide for each available filter to help you use them effectively.

| Reward Status | Filter results by reward state.
• For Cash programs: Select the Redeemed filter to display results with the status Sent to Partner Wallet.
• For Gift Card programs: Filter for Redeemed or Available to return rewards with those specific statuses, as both indicate successful delivery to the user.
