After you create a [category](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/program-settings/exception-lists/create-category-and-sku-exception-lists.md#create-a-category-exception-list-0-0), [SKU](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/program-settings/exception-lists/create-category-and-sku-exception-lists.md#create-a-sku-exception-list-0-2), or [promo code](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/program-settings/exception-lists/create-promo-code-exception-lists.md) exception list, you can perform additional actions like editing, viewing, and downloading the list.

{% hint style="warning" %}
SKU and promo code exception lists are not available in every impact.com edition. For example, Product-Led Growth (PLG) edition accounts do not include the **SKU** or **Promo Code** option under *Exception Lists*. If you do not see either option, you may need to upgrade your account. [Contact support](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](/files/2qeX6EqajzdOPiwzfeV5) **\[User profile] → Settings**.
2. In the *Program* column, scroll to *Exception Lists* and select the exception list you want to manage.
   * Once on the exception list screen, you can switch between exception lists by selecting the available tabs, such as **Exception Lists (Category)**, **SKU Exception Lists**, or **Promo Code Exception Lists**.
3. Hover over the exception list you want to manage, then select ![](/files/mQTDSmR70Q3Eybmgev6e) **\[More]**.
4. Choose one of the following actions based on the exception list type:
   * **Edit:** Change the exception list's *Name*, *Associated Event Type*, or *Match Expression*.
   * **Add Items/Promo Codes:** Add more items or promo codes directly, or upload a CSV or Excel file.
   * **View Items/Promo Codes:** View all the items or promo codes for a particular exception list.
   * **Clear Items/Promo Codes:** Remove all the items or promo codes from your exception list.
   * **Deactivate:** Deactivate your exception list. If you deactivate an exception list without removing it from your template terms, the exception list will still show in the template terms, but the payout rule won't apply to partners.
   * **Download CSV:** Download the exception list as a CSV file.
