# Create Custom Partner Sign Up Terms for Brands

You can set standard terms or custom terms for the partner to agree on when they sign up. These are the terms that govern your performance marketing relationship with partners. When setting up your [custom program branding](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/program-settings/profile-and-branding/customize-your-program-branding.md), you'll be given the option to select between:

* Standard Master Program Agreement
* Custom Sign Up Terms

#### Standard Master Program Agreement

If you keep this default option, all partner sign-up pages will show impact.com's [Master Campaign Agreement](https://app.impact.com/content/MCA.ihtml). The Partner Sign Up Terms apply to both new partner sign-ups and existing partners. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, [contact support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).

* How the terms will display to a partner:

#### Custom Sign Up Terms

Customizing your own partner sign up terms allows you to create custom terms to which the partner can agree to when signing up. To set custom sign up terms, do the following:

1. From the top navigation bar, select ![](/files/2qeX6EqajzdOPiwzfeV5) **\[User profile] → Settings**.
2. On the left, under the *Branding* section, select **Sign Up Page**.
3. In the *Partner Agreement Terms* section, select **Use my own custom sign up terms (PDF)**.
4. Select **Choose File**.
   * Upload a PDF file of the terms you want the partner to agree on during sign up.
5. Select **Save**.

   * How the terms will display to a partner:
