# Enviar novos SKUs após a conversão

Em alguns casos, os usuários podem retornar a um pedido depois que ele foi rastreado e adicionar mais produtos. Nesses casos, você pode enviar os novos produtos para a impact.com via FTP para que sejam UPSERTed para você. #### Requisitos

Um registro aberto e faturado do pedido já deve existir na impact.com. Qualquer tentativa de fazer upsert de itens em um pedido bloqueado falhará.

#### Prepare seus dados

Você pode usar o modelo .csv abaixo para ajudar a estruturar seus dados. Os valores de exemplo nas linhas 2 e 3 devem ser substituídos pelos seus próprios dados.
