# Modificações e reversões em lote para ações móveis

As ações rastreadas pelos seus apps móveis podem ser modificadas e/ou revertidas via impact.com.

#### O que você vai precisar:
* Suas credenciais de FTP do impact.com ou o endereço de e-mail exclusivo atribuído à sua conta
* `ActionId` valores para cada ação que você deseja modificar ou reverter
* Editor de texto ou programa de planilha para criar um arquivo .CSV (valores separados por vírgula)
#### Etapa 1: Importar dados de desempenho
1. Na barra de navegação superior, selecione  **\[Perfil do usuário] → Configurações**.
2. Na coluna da direita, em *Rastreamento*, selecione **Apps móveis**.
3. Passe o cursor sobre um app móvel e, em seguida, selecione  **\[Mais] → Ver/Editar**.
4. No *Processamento de devoluções* seção, confirme que **Processamento automatizado de devoluções** está selecionado.
5. Selecione **Upload em lote**, em seguida escolha uma conexão selecionando  **\[menu suspenso]**.

#### Etapa 2: Encontrar valores de ActionId
1. No menu de navegação à esquerda, selecione  **\[Engage] → Transações → Pagamentos pendentes → Ações**.
2. `ActionId` os valores aparecem na *ID da Ação* .
#### Etapa 3: Criar um arquivo CSV de modificações/reversões
1. Use um editor de texto ou aplicativo de planilha para criar três colunas:
`ActionId,Valor,Motivo`
2. Para cada linha abaixo, adicione seus dados para as ações que você deseja modificar e/ou reverter. Consulte as definições dos cabeçalhos abaixo para mais informações.
* `ActionId`: O identificador exclusivo da ação a ser modificada ou revertida. As ações móveis são prefixadas com um `M` caractere.
* `Valor`: O novo valor de receita da ação a partir do qual o pagamento será calculado. Enviar `0` reverterá a ação.
* `Motivo`: Para atualizações de ação, envie `ORDER_UPDATE`. Para reversões, envie `REJECTED`.
