# Gerenciar Canais de Otimização

*Canais do Optimize* vai lhe dizer mais sobre os vários canais que você está acompanhando. Esses canais podem fornecer insights sobre o caminho percorrido pelo tráfego impulsionado por parceiros entre a interação com o parceiro e a ação que você está acompanhando. Os dados coletados por Canais do Optimize também ajudarão a preencher o seu *Painel de Canais*, que contém informações como *Desempenho por mês* ou *Subcanal*, tudo agregado por tipo de canal.

**Observação:** O *Canais* recurso faz parte do complemento Optimize e exige que você passe o `CustomerStatus` e `CustomerId` parâmetros em seu rastreamento. [Entre em contato com o suporte](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true) para discutir a adição disso à sua conta.

#### Acesse os canais do Optimize

This feature is only available with specific impact.com editions or add-ons. If you see the .svg?alt=media\&token=91ff61f9-8618-4503-b0df-791e0353d124) **Optimize** icon, your account is eligible for the upgrade. Select the icon and get the Optimize add-on directly in the platform!

1. Na barra de navegação à esquerda, selecione  **\[Optimize]**.
2. Na barra de navegação à esquerda, selecione **Configurações → Canais**.
3. Para pesquisar um canal específico, digite o nome desse canal em *Canais*.
* Selecionar  **\[Search]** não realizará uma pesquisa por regex, então você não precisa se preocupar com maiúsculas/minúsculas ou com usar o nome exato do canal.
4. Visualize o canal.
* Consulte a *Referência da tabela* para mais informações sobre o próprio canal.
5. A partir daqui, você tem opções sobre o que pode fazer.
* Em *Mídia*, veja o número de [fontes de mídia](/brand/pt-br/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/cross-channel-performance-insights/manage-optimize-media-sources.md) associadas a um canal específico. Selecione o número para ver um detalhamento das fontes de mídia.
* Em *Relatório*, selecione  **\[Relatórios]** para ver o *Painel de Canais* de um canal específico. Aqui você pode ver mais dados sobre o canal, como seu *Desempenho por mês*.
