# Carregamento em massa de regras de redirecionamento

As regras de redirecionamento também podem ser enviadas e configuradas em massa com um arquivo .XLSX ou .CSV. 1. Na barra de navegação superior, selecione ![](/files/24b09e08af742531bcfb4e5dc0f1976c6026280a) **\[Perfil do usuário] → Configurações**.
2. À direita, em *Técnico*, selecione **Bloqueio e redirecionamento**.
3. No canto superior direito, selecione **Envio em massa**.
4. Selecione **Escolher arquivo**, depois selecione seu arquivo.
   * Consulte a [Planilha de Campos de Dados para Upload em Massa de Regras de Roteamento da impact.com](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wt39bVgv9p4XVNzF8MaBdRFTAD5DUPwZKM6jnR5OAnM/edit?usp=sharing) para ver como seu arquivo deve ser formatado.
5. Selecione **Próximo**.
6. Se houver erros de validação, selecione **Voltar** para enviar um novo arquivo. Caso contrário, selecione **Aceitar e Criar Regras**.
   * Quaisquer regras de redirecionamento com erros de validação não serão criadas.
