# Arquivar parceiros

Às vezes, os prospects não dão certo. Quando isso acontecer, arquive esses prospects para evitar que eles obstruam sua *Prospectos* tela. Você tem 2 maneiras de arquivar prospects:

* Arquivar um prospect a partir da *Prospectos* .
* Arquive um prospect ao visualizar o perfil dele.

#### Arquivar um prospect na tela de Prospects

Você não precisa visualizar o perfil do prospect para arquivá-lo.

1. No menu de navegação à esquerda, selecione ![](/files/c31adb8663c96d2cb3e57ffb917fa323be94408a) **\[Descobrir]** → **Prospectos**.
2. Da *Prospectos* tela, localize o prospect que deseja arquivar.
3. Passe o mouse sobre a linha dele na tabela. No extremo direito da linha, selecione ![](/files/19661962d7c41673a711ca84d7efe61f00165e41) **\[Mais]** → **Arquivar**.
4. Leia a mensagem de aviso e, em seguida, selecione **Arquivar**.

#### Arquivar um prospect a partir do perfil do prospect

Você pode arquivar o prospect ao revisar o perfil do parceiro dele.

1. No menu de navegação à esquerda, selecione ![](/files/c31adb8663c96d2cb3e57ffb917fa323be94408a) **\[Descobrir]** → **Prospectos**.
2. Da *Prospectos* tela, localize o prospect cujo perfil você deseja visualizar.
3. Selecione a linha dele na tabela. O perfil dele aparecerá.
4. Revise o perfil dele conforme necessário.
5. Selecione ![](/files/029ec7f6b2819f398a800c78d61cd0914f89d849) **\[Arquivar**].
6. Leia a mensagem de aviso e, em seguida, selecione **Arquivar**.

#### Ver prospects arquivados

1. Da *Prospectos* tela, navegue até o menu de filtros.
2. Altere o *Exibir* filtro para **Mostrar arquivados** para incluí-los na tabela.
