# Aumentar a Remuneração dos Seus Criadores como Marca

Como marca, você pode aumentar sua *Contratados* quantia de remuneração dos criadores se achar que eles estão indo bem.

**Observação:** Os aumentos de remuneração estão disponíveis se o SOW usar *remuneração por valor fixo*. Para outros tipos de remuneração, como brindes de produtos, a remuneração não pode ser aumentada.

1. Na barra de navegação à esquerda, selecione ![](/files/160944180402269557074f48f2ece20bc35e8b4d) **\[Engajar]** → **Gerenciador de Campanhas** → **Criador**.
2. Passe o cursor sobre a campanha da qual o criador participa e selecione **Gerenciar Campanha**.
3. Na *Candidatos* tela, selecione a guia **Contratados** .

4. Passe o cursor sobre o Criador cuja remuneração você deseja aumentar e selecione ![](/files/19661962d7c41673a711ca84d7efe61f00165e41) **\[Mais]** → **Aumentar remuneração**.
5. Insira um **Novo valor** e selecione **Salvar**.

   * A *Aumentar remuneração* a ação atualiza o valor no SOW, mas não aciona o pagamento. O pagamento ainda é acionado pela **Pagar** ação.
   * Os criadores serão notificados quando sua remuneração for aumentada.
