# Aumente a remuneração dos seus criadores como marca

Como marca, você pode aumentar sua *Contratado* valor da remuneração dos criadores se você achar que eles estão performando bem.

**Observação:** Aumentos de remuneração estão disponíveis se o SOW usar *remuneração com valor fixo*. Para outros tipos de remuneração, como doação de produtos, a remuneração não pode ser aumentada.

1. Na barra de navegação à esquerda, selecione ![](https://526234278-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-230534471fef5f40808e921e41ee44e4a06ded03%2Fe6cb9548999afdc1ed3ce4942e4cb5b45b5cecbd323267aac2a7cd1915fccc09.svg?alt=media) **\[Engage]** → **Gerenciador de Campanhas** → **Criador**.
2. Passe o cursor sobre a campanha da qual o criador participa e selecione **Gerenciar campanha**.
3. Na *Candidatos* tela, selecione a guia **Contratado** .

4. 5. Digite um **Novo valor** e selecione **Salvar**.

   * O *Aumentar remuneração* ação atualiza o valor no SOW, mas não aciona o pagamento. O pagamento ainda é acionado pela **Pagar** ação.
   * Os criadores serão notificados quando sua remuneração for aumentada.
