# Personalizar o escopo de trabalho de um criador
A declaração de trabalho (SOW) de um criador contém sua remuneração e todos os entregáveis que ele produzirá, como o tipo de conteúdo e as plataformas em que publicará. Você pode modificar a SOW de um criador, incluindo remuneração, atribuição de tarefas, direitos de uso e muito mais, sem afetar outros criadores que participam da mesma campanha.
Quando você convidar novos criadores para sua campanha, você pode incluir a SOW padrão da campanha ou personalizar a SOW. 1. Na barra de navegação à esquerda, selecione  **\[Engage]** → **Gerenciador de Campanhas** → [**Criador**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/campaigns/influencer-campaign-manager-flow.ihtml).
2. Na *Gerenciador de Campanhas* tela, selecione a guia **Ativo** aba para ver todas as suas campanhas atualmente ativas.
3. Passe o mouse sobre a campanha para a qual você quer personalizar a SOW e, em seguida, selecione **Gerenciar campanha**.
4. Selecione o **Candidatos** aba e, em seguida, selecione um dos seguintes status:
* **Candidatou-se**
* **Em negociação**
* **Em revisão**
5. Passe o mouse sobre o criador para o qual você quer personalizar a SOW e, em seguida, selecione **Ver proposta**.
6. Selecione **Negociar**, e então faça ajustes na SOW do criador.
* Você especificou a SOW quando você [criou a campanha](/brand/pt-br/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/creator-program/creator-campaigns-for-brands/configure-a-creator-campaign.md).
7. Selecione **Enviar nova proposta** quando terminar de fazer suas alterações.
* Selecione **Contratar sem negociação** se você quiser alterar a SOW sem que o criador negocie as mudanças.
