A impact.com suspende automaticamente contas de marcas que estejam há mais de 40 dias em atraso em relação aos pagamentos das taxas da impact.com ou aos pagamentos aos parceiros.

## O que a suspensão significa para você

* Você tem acesso limitado à plataforma impact.com. Você só pode fazer login, [contatar o suporte](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true), e [depositar fundos em sua conta de financiamento](/brand/pt-br/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).
* As operações da sua conta, como rastreamento, reversões, assinaturas e FTPs, continuarão funcionando enquanto sua conta estiver suspensa.

## Como recuperar o acesso total à conta

* [Faça um depósito](/brand/pt-br/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md) na sua conta impact.com suficiente para cobrir o saldo total em atraso.
* Assim que o pagamento for creditado na sua conta de financiamento, o acesso à plataforma será restaurado automaticamente.

## Consequências da inadimplência prolongada

* Novos atrasos no pagamento podem resultar no encaminhamento da sua conta para cobrança.
* Sua conta ficará em risco de desativação.
