# Convide um usuário de conta de agência

**Observação:** Você precisará do ID da conta da agência para convidá-la a gerenciar sua conta. [Entre em contato com o suporte](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true) (ou entre em contato com seu CSM) para discutir o convite de uma agência para gerenciar sua conta.

1. Na barra de navegação superior, selecione  **\[Perfil do usuário] → Configurações**.
2. No lado esquerdo, em *seção Geral*, selecione **Usuários da conta**.
3. No canto superior direito da tela, selecione **Convidar**, depois selecione **Convidar agência**.
4. Adicione o **ID da agência** ou, opcionalmente, convide um usuário da agência inserindo o endereço de e-mail dele.
5. No  **\[menu suspenso]**, atribua a agência a um **Grupo de acesso de usuários** ou **Criar novo acesso de usuário** para a agência específica.
6. Opcionalmente, você pode incluir uma **Mensagem de convite** com seu convite.
7. Selecione **Convidar** para enviar o convite à agência.
