# Reverter uma transferência

Somente transferências que ainda não foram concluídas podem ser estornadas. Depois que uma transferência é estornada, uma segunda transação será processada para concluir o estorno.

**Importante:** Uma transação estornada pode aparecer em duas faturas diferentes como dois pagamentos separados. Por exemplo, um pagamento de US$ 100 é estornado e agora aparece como -US$ 100 na segunda fatura.

1. Na barra de navegação superior, selecione **seu saldo** → **Transferências**.
2. Passe o cursor sobre a linha da tabela da transferência que você quer estornar e, ao final da linha, selecione ![](/files/19661962d7c41673a711ca84d7efe61f00165e41) **\[Mais]** → **Estornar**.
3. Leia a mensagem de aviso e, em seguida, selecione **Ok**.
