# FTP経由で通話コンバージョンデータを送信
PXAコースを受講する
通話コンバージョンデータをトラッキングしているブランドは、そのデータを .CSV ファイルで一括レポートでき、そのファイルは固有の認証情報で Impact の FTP サーバーにアップロードされます。
FTP 経由で impact.com に一括レポートされた通話コンバージョンデータは、通常24時間以内に処理され、impact.com プラットフォーム上では保留中のアクションとして表示されます。
#### .CSV ファイルをアップロードする
impact.com の FTP サーバーに送信するには、まずアカウントの認証情報を取得する必要があります。既存の認証情報をメールで受け取る方法は、以下の手順に従ってください。

1. 上部ナビゲーションバーから、次を選択します  **\[ユーザープロフィール] → 設定**.
2. 右側の列の *トラッキング*で、次を選択します **イベントタイプ**.
3. データを送信したいイベントタイプにカーソルを合わせてから、次を選択します  **\[詳細] → 表示/編集**.
4. の横の *返品処理*で、次を選択します  **\[編集]**.
5. 選択 **返品処理を自動化（詳細設定）→ 一括アップロード**.
6. 次を選択して FTP 接続を選択します  **\[未チェックのボックス]**.

7. FTP の認証情報を取得したら、FTP クライアントを使用して impact.com に接続します。
* FTP アドレスは `ftp://import.impact.com/{name}`
* 既存の認証情報セット、または自動生成された認証情報セットを使用できます。
8. 接続したら、ファイルをサーバーのルートディレクトリにアップロードします。
#### 通話コンバージョンファイルの形式仕様
通話コンバージョンデータは .CSV ファイルに入力されます。.CSV ファイルに必要なすべての必須列ヘッダーについては、以下の仕様を参照してください。
