# コンバージョンデータを一括送信
コンバージョンデータが自動的にトラッキングされない場合は、サーバー側で収集していても Cookie に依存していても、バッチ処理を使用してコンバージョンデータを impact.com に直接送信できます。また、必要に応じて [コンバージョンデータを遡って送信する](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/submit-and-modify-conversion-data/submit-conversion-data/submit-conversion-data-via-ftp-or-email.md) こともあります。たとえば、顧客がパートナーのプロモコードを見逃した場合などです。このデータを送信することで、適切なパートナーにクレジットを付与し、レポートの正確性を保ち、必要に応じて確定前にアクションを修正または取り消すことができます。

### データファイルを準備する
以下の手順に従ってテンプレートファイルを表示し、コンバージョンデータを追加して、.csv 形式で保存してください。必要なテンプレートは、コンバージョンをどのレベルでトラッキングしているかによって異なります。 *アイテムレベル* （つまり、注文内の各アイテムの SKU、数量などを含める）または *注文レベル* （つまり、注文自体のみをトラッキングし、その中のアイテムはトラッキングしない）です。また、 [連鎖アクション](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/actions/track-your-conversion-funnel-using-chained-actions.md) データも送信できます。

2. ファイルにコンバージョンデータを追加します。

3. レポートしたい任意のパラメータを、ファイル内の新しい列として追加してください。
4. 識別しやすいタイトルと日付を付けて .CSV 形式でファイルを保存します（例: `2020-01-01_ActionData.csv`).

**注：** アイテムレベルのバッチファイルでは、関連する SKU が複数ある Order ID は連続して記載する必要があります。同じ Order ID で SKU が異なる行項目はまとめてグループ化してください。そうしないと、ファイルの下のほうに記載された SKU で `OID_DUPLICATE` エラーが発生する場合があります。

### データファイルを送信する
1. 上部ナビゲーションバーで、次を選択します  **\[ユーザープロファイル] → 設定**.
2. 右側の列の *トラッキング*の下で [**イベントタイプ**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 次を選択してください **名** のイベントタイプで、バッチ修正を送信したいもの。
4. の横の *返品処理*の下で  **\[編集]**.
5. 選択 **返品処理を自動化する（詳細設定）**.
6. ファイルを送信するには、以下の FTP またはメール関連の方法のいずれかを選択してください。
ファイルをシステム FTP サーバーにアップロード

2. 選択 **FTP ユーザー名とパスワードをメールで受け取る** および **保存**.
3. メールで FTP 認証情報を受け取ったら、次の情報を使用して FTP クライアントで impact.com に接続します。

4. 接続したら、ファイルをサーバーのメインディレクトリにアップロードしてください。

自分の FTP サーバーからファイルを取得

1. 選択 **ファイルをシステム SMTP サーバーにメール送信します。**
2. 選択した方法のすぐ下に、固有のメールアドレスが表示されます。このメールアドレスをコピーしてください。
3. 任意のメールクライアントを使用して、バッチ修正ファイルを添付したメールをその固有のアドレスに送信してください。
* イベントタイプ用の固有のメールアドレスのみを *宛先:* フィールドに含めてください。このファイルを他の宛先にも送る必要がある場合は、 *CC:* フィールドに追加してください。
4. 件名欄と本文は空欄のままで構いません。

Alternatively, you can set up a custom disposition code.

| `ALREADY_LOCKED` | The action locking period has already passed. The action can no longer undergo modifications or reversals. |
| `ActionTrackerld:ActionTrackerld value is invalid` | This should correspond to the [Event Type ID](/brand/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/event-types/how-do-i-find-my-event-type-ids.md) entered. |
| `ACTION_NOT_FOUND` | The `OID` you provided is incorrect. Please provide a correct `OID`. |
| `ALREADY_REVERSED` | The action has already been reversed. |
| `ALREADY_APPROVED` | The action has already been approved. |
