# 一括変更または取り消しをリセットする

保留中のアクションを誤って変更または取り消し、その元の値またはステータスを復元したい場合は、リセットファイルを提出できます。

**注：** リセットファイルを使用すると、特定のアクション一覧レポートに偏りが生じる可能性があります。たとえば、誤って取り消したアクションが（リセット後でも）取り消し済みとして表示され続けたり、リセット後に変更されてもアクションが「元の値にリセット」ステータスのまま固定されたりすることがあります。これについては、CSM（または [サポートに連絡してください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）リセットファイルを提出する前にご相談ください。

このファイルで必要なのはヘッダーが3つだけです。これらの値は次の *アクションの詳細* 画面で確認できます：

2. で *アクションID* 列で、リンクされた **アクションID**.
