# 一括変更または取り消しをリセット

保留中のアクションを誤って変更または反転してしまい、元の値やステータスに戻したい場合は、リセットファイルを送信できます。

**注意：** リセットファイルを使用すると、特定のアクション一覧レポートに影響が出ることがあります。たとえば、誤って反転したアクションが（リセット後でも）反転したまま表示される、またはアクションがリセット後に変更されていても「元の値にリセット」ステータスのまま固定される場合があります。これについては、リセットファイルを送信する前に、CSM（または [サポートにお問い合わせください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）と相談することをお勧めします。

このファイルには、3つのヘッダーのみが必要です。これらの値は *アクションの詳細* 画面：

2. その *アクションID* 列で、リンクされた **アクションID**.
