# 一括変更または取り消しをリセット

保留中のアクションを誤って変更または反転してしまい、元の値やステータスに戻したい場合は、リセットファイルを送信できます。

**注：** リセットファイルを使用すると、一部のアクション一覧レポートに影響が出ることがあります。たとえば、誤って反転したアクションが（リセット後も）反転されたまま表示されたり、リセット後に変更していてもアクションが「元の値にリセット」のステータスのまま固定されたりする場合があります。これについては、リセットファイルを送信する前に、CSM（または [サポートに連絡してください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）と相談することをお勧めします。
