# 一括変更または取り消しをリセットする

保留中のアクションを誤って変更または反転してしまい、元の値またはステータスに戻したい場合は、リセットファイルを送信できます。

**注:** リセットファイルを使用すると、一部のアクション一覧レポートに偏りが生じる可能性があります。たとえば、誤って反転されたものが（リセット後であっても）反転したまま表示されたり、リセット後に変更されているにもかかわらず、アクションが「元の値にリセット」ステータスのまま固定されたりすることがあります。これについては、CSM（または [サポートにお問い合わせください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）リセットファイルを送信する前にご相談ください。

このファイルには3つのヘッダーのみが必要です。これらの値は *アクション詳細* 画面：
