# リクルートメントエージェントを設定する

## **エージェントを設定して有効化する**
Recruitment Agent を設定して有効化するには、以下の手順に従ってください。

### **Browse Agents ページを開く**
1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから、 **エージェント**.
* すでにアクティブなエージェントがある場合は、 **Browse Agents** を右上で選択します。
2. 次の下で *タスク エージェント*、 **Recruitment Agent** タイル。

### **エージェントを設定する**
1. 必要に応じて、 **エージェント名**を更新します。既定値は「Recruitment Agent」です。
2. では **あなたのウェブサイトの URL**に、ブランドのウェブサイト URL を入力します。事前入力されていますが、任意の URL に変更できます。会社概要ページなど、ブランドの詳細情報が記載されたページがあると、エージェントがより正確な Instructions を作成するのに役立ちます。
3. 選択 **エージェントを設定する**.
* impact.com は AI を使用して、あなたのウェブサイトと Marketplace プロフィールから最初の Instructions を生成します。所要時間は約 10～15 秒です。

### **Instructions を確認して編集する**
1. ファネルの **エージェント設定** パネルで、 **編集**.

### **サブエージェントを設定する**
1. サブエージェント カードで、トグルを  **［オンに切り替え］** または .svg?alt=media\&token=a85366cd-4b70-41a6-83df-319f89597ede) **\[オフにする]**.
2. 選択 **編集** に切り替えると、サブエージェントの設定が開きます。
3. 設定を調整してから、 **保存**。次を参照してください: [*Discover 設定*](#discover-settings) および [*Evaluate Applications 設定*](#evaluate-applications-settings) 以下の参照。
4. 選択 **更新** ページ右上で選択して変更を適用します。

**重要：** 選択すると **保存** サブエージェントのスライドアウトでの操作だけでは、変更は保存されません。変更を保持するには、 **更新** 右上の **エージェントを有効化** が、これがエージェントを設定する最初の回である場合に選択します。これを行わずにページを離れると、変更は保存されません。

### **エージェントを有効化する**
選択 **エージェントを有効化** を右上で選択します。
エージェントを有効化すると、Agents リストに移動し、動作を開始します。スケジュールされた Discovery 実行は次回の予定時刻から開始され、Evaluate Applications サブエージェントは新しい受信申請の処理を開始します。

## **サブエージェントの設定を確認する**
各サブエージェントは事前に設定されています。エージェントを有効化する前に、以下のサブエージェントを展開して各設定の内容を確認してください。
Discover 設定
* **ソーシング チャネル:** サブエージェントが新しいパートナーを探す場所を選択します。
* **impact.com Marketplace** （既定で選択済み）: すでに impact.com ネットワーク上にいるパートナーを検索します。提案は impact.com プラットフォーム内で送信されるため、コンバージョン率が高くなる可能性があります。
* **Creator Search** （近日公開）: YouTube、TikTok、Instagram、Facebook で関連するクリエイターを検索します。
* **グループを割り当てる:** に設定すると  **［オンに切り替え］**、エージェントは新たに見つかった候補を自動的にグループに割り当てます。既定では Recruitment Agent: Discover グループになります。
* **実行スケジュール:** 新しいパートナーを自動的に検出するためのスケジュールを設定します。 **\[オフにする]**に設定されている場合でも、いつでも **Run Discover**を使って Discovery を手動で実行できます。ベータ版では、Discovery は 24 時間に 1 回実行できます。スケジュールされた実行はその日次の上限を使用するため、実行がスケジュールされている日は手動でも実行できません。
* **最大実行上限:** スライダーを使って 1 回あたりの上限を 10～50 の範囲で設定します。既定値は 30 です。これにより、新しい候補が際限なく流れてくるのではなく、予測可能なバッチサイズになります。
Evaluate Applications 設定
* **品質と安全性のガードレール** （推奨）: 新しいパートナーの登録をプラットフォームの Marketplace 基準に照らして審査し、高品質な申請に集中できるようにします。これらの基準を満たすパートナーは [*Marketplace 承認済み*](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/marketplace-vs-direct-partner-recruiting-explained.md)*.* これらのチェックでは、本人確認と連絡先情報、メディア プロパティ、オーディエンスの真正性、コンテンツの安全性、トラフィックの品質、リスク指標などのシグナルを確認します。impact.com が具体的な基準としきい値を設定および維持します。この設定をオンにすると、 [*Partner Verification*](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/screen-partners-automatically-with-partner-verification.md) 設定もオンになります。これをオフにしても Partner Verification はオフになりません。Partner Verification は Partner Signup Page の設定で確認できます。
* **既定のフォールバック:** Marketplace 基準を満たさないパートナーからの申請に対してエージェントがどう処理するかを設定します。次のいずれかを選択してください:
* **保留のままにする** （既定）: これらの申請を保留のままにして、手動で確認できるようにします。
* **却下:** これらの申請を自動的に却下します。
* **エージェントの自律性:** 選択 **Autopilot** エージェントに各申請をあなたの Instructions およびパートナーのデータと照合させ、明確に一致するものを承認または却下させます。 **Copilot** エージェントに申請をグループへ割り当てさせて行動を提案させ、最終判断はあなたが行います。
* **パートナーをグループ分けする:** に設定すると  **［オンに切り替え］**、エージェントは申請を評価すると自動的にグループを割り当てます。各結果に使用するグループ名はカスタマイズできます:
* **承認済み:** 既定値は「Recruitment Agent によって承認済み」です。
* **保留中:** 既定値は「Recruitment Agent によって保留のままにされました」です。
* **却下済み:** 既定値は「Recruitment Agent によって却下済み」です。
