# パートナーアンケートを作成する

#### アンケートを作成

1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **［Engage］** → **パートナー** → [**アンケート**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/fr/surveys.ihtml).
2. 次の *アンケート* 画面の右上隅で、 **アンケートを作成**.
3. 入力してください **名前** および **説明** アンケート用。
4. 選択します **ファイルを選択** アンケートのカバー画像をアップロードするには。
   * GIF、JPG、PNG、WEBP形式に対応しており、最大ファイルサイズは20 MBです。
