# パートナーアンケートを作成する

#### アンケートを作成

3. 次を入力してください: **名前** 、 **説明** アンケート用に。
4. 選択 **ファイルを選択** アンケートのカバー画像をアップロードするには
   * GIF、JPG、PNG、WEBP形式に対応しており、最大ファイルサイズは20 MBです。
