# ニュースレターイベントログを管理する
各ニュースレターは、受信者の収集から配信まで、処理中のイベントを記録します。この履歴を確認して、ニュースレターがどこまで進んだか、また一部のパートナーに届かなかった原因を確認してください。

**警告：** 送信後にニュースレターを編集することはできません。誤りを修正するには、新しいニュースレターを作成して再度送信してください。

## イベントログを開く
1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで、選択します  **\[エンゲージ]** → **パートナー** → **Automation** → [**ニュースレター**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/newsletter-ui.ihtml).
2. 確認したいニュースレターの上にカーソルを合わせます。
3. 選択 **イベントログ**.
この *イベントログ* 画面の上にパネルとして開きます。 *ニュースレター* また、ニュースレターの [レポート](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/newsletters/review-newsletter-engagement-performance.md#view-newsletter-statistics)で、 **イベントログ** 右上にあります。

| *日付と時刻* | イベントが記録された時刻。 |
| *メッセージ* | 処理のその時点で何が起きたか。 |
エントリは新しいものから順に表示され、受信者の収集、コンテンツの補完、ステータスの変更など、各処理段階を網羅します。～を使用して **検索** 特定のエントリを見つけます。～を選択します  **\[閉じる]** ～に戻るには *ニュースレター* 画面にアクセスできるようにします。

**空のログ:** パネルに「申し訳ありません。表示できるデータがありません」と表示される場合、そのニュースレターのイベントは記録されていません。

## ニュースレターの問題への対処法
