# パートナーにメールを送る

#### ［パートナー］画面からメール

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで、 ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
   * または、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択します ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → クリエイター**.
2. ページ上部の検索バーとフィルターを使用して、メールを送りたいパートナーを見つけます。
3. その **名前** を選択すると、詳細を表示できます。
4. 表示される詳細ウィンドウで、次を選択します **メールアドレス** または ![](/files/dc5143c5171b0718a87bac64c64b43a36cc7b292) **\[Email]**.
5. メールを作成し、 **送信** パートナーに送信します。

#### パートナーに一括でメールを送る

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで、 ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.

2. 右上隅で、次を選択します **パートナーのメール一覧をダウンロード**.
   * または、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択します ![](/files/967afd940eacbf83a7772ab9ff5584bc129c9568) **\[その他]** → **クリエイターのメール一覧をダウンロード**.
3. .CSVファイルが、すべてのパートナーのメール情報を含んだ状態でデバイスにダウンロードされます。ダウンロードフォルダーでファイルを見つけ、表計算アプリケーションで開いてください。
4. 次の内容をコピーし、 *メール* 列の内容をコピーして、次の *〜するには* メール下書きの欄に貼り付けます。
5. メールを作成し、 **送信** それをすべてのパートナーに送信します。
