# パートナーにメールを送る

メールを使ってパートナーと簡単に連絡を取りましょう。今後のプログラム変更、特別なプロモーションなどについてパートナーとやり取りできます。見込みパートナーにメールを送るには、次を参照してください [見込みパートナーに連絡する](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/prospective-partners/contact-a-prospect.md) を使用してください。

#### パートナー画面からメールを送信

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで、 ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → Partners → Partners**.
   * また、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択します ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → Partners → Creators**.
2. ページ上部の検索バーとフィルターを使って、メールを送りたいパートナーを見つけます。
3. 相手の **名前** 詳細を表示します。
4. 表示される詳細ウィンドウで、次を選択します **メールアドレス** または ![](/files/dc5143c5171b0718a87bac64c64b43a36cc7b292) **\[メール]**.
5. メールを作成して **送信** パートナーに送信します。

#### パートナーに一括でメール送信

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで、 ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → Partners → Partners**.

2. 右上で、 **パートナーのメールリストをダウンロード**.

3. すべてのパートナーのメール詳細を含む .CSV ファイルがデバイスにダウンロードされます。ダウンロードフォルダでファイルを見つけ、表計算アプリケーションで開いてください。
4. 次の内容をコピーし *メール* 列の内容をコピーして、次に貼り付けます *宛先* メール下書きの入力欄。
5. メールを作成して **送信** すべてのパートナーに送信します。
