# 法的事業体を作成して管理する

法人組織とは、支払い関連および税務関連の情報が保管される場所です。ここで新しい法人組織を作成するか、既存の法人組織を編集できます。

#### 法人組織を作成

1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから **残高** → **設定**.
2. 左側のナビゲーションメニューで、以下の項目の下にある *設定*、次を選択します [法人組織](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/legal-entities-view.ihtml?).
3. 右上隅で、選択します **法人組織を作成**.
4. 必要な情報を入力し、次を選択してください **保存**.
   * 次を参照してください *法人組織フォーム参照* 以下で、各項目の詳細をご確認ください。

#### 既存の法人組織を管理する

1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから **残高** → **設定**.

3. 対象の法人組織にカーソルを合わせて、 **編集**.
