# 法的事業体を作成して管理する

法的事業体には、お支払い関連および税務関連の情報が保存されます。ここでは、新しい法的事業体を作成したり、既存の法的事業体を編集したりできます。

#### 法的事業体を作成

1. 上部ナビゲーションバーで、次を選択します **残高** → **設定**.
2. 左側のナビゲーションメニューで、次の項目の下に *設定*、選択します [法人](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/legal-entities-view.ihtml?).
3. 右上隅で選択します **法的事業体を作成**.
4. 関連情報を入力して **保存**.
   * 以下をご覧ください： *法的事業体フォームの参照* を参照してください。各項目の詳細は以下をご確認ください。

#### 既存の法的事業体を管理

1. 上部ナビゲーションバーで、次を選択します **残高** → **設定**.
2. 左側のナビゲーションメニューで、次の項目の下に *設定*、選択します [法人](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/legal-entities-view.ihtml?).
3. 該当する法的事業体にカーソルを合わせて、 **編集**.
