# スターター版アカウントをキャンセルする

試用期間中にサブスクリプションをキャンセルすると、課金と機能へのアクセスは終了しますが、アカウントは削除されません。後で戻る場合は、 [サポートに連絡してください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) サブスクリプションを再有効化してアクセスを再取得してください。
解約オプションが利用可能になる前に、以下の条件を満たす必要があります：
* まだ試用期間内であること
* クレジットカードへの請求がこれまで一切なく、現在もないこと
* 発生したパートナー費用がないこと

#### 閉鎖までの期間と返金の見込み
アカウントの閉鎖と返金の完了までにかかる時間は、アカウントの利用期間と、プラットフォーム上でのプログラムの稼働状況によって決まります。アカウントを閉鎖する際に何が想定されるかを把握するには、以下のシナリオを参照してください。
即時キャンセル + 全額返金
以下の条件を満たす場合、アカウントは即時キャンセルおよび全額返金の対象となります。
* アカウントの稼働期間が30日未満であること。（30日を過ぎると、 [impact.com の手数料](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-for-starter-edition-accounts/impactcom-starter-edition-billing-explained.md) 発生した費用は返金対象外です。）
* プログラムが一切発生させていない [ロック済みアクション](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* プログラムにはロック待ちの保留中アクションがありません。
アカウントが上記の条件を満たしている場合、全額返金はアカウント閉鎖後10営業日以内に、最初に請求されたカードへ返金されます。アカウントが上記の条件を満たしていない場合、全額返金の対象とならない可能性がありますが、即時キャンセルの対象となる場合があります。
即時キャンセル + 現在残高の返金
以下の条件を満たす場合、アカウントは即時キャンセルおよび現在のアカウント残高の返金の対象となります。
* アカウントの稼働期間が30日を超えていること。
* プログラムが一切発生させていない [ロック済みアクション](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* プログラムにはロック待ちの保留中アクションがありません。
アカウントが上記の条件を満たしている場合、全額返金はアカウント閉鎖後10営業日以内に、最初に請求されたカードへ返金されます。アカウントが上記の条件を満たしていない場合、全額返金の対象にはならず、即時キャンセルの対象にもなりません。
遅延キャンセル + 将来残高の返金
アカウントの状況が上記の2つのシナリオに当てはまらない場合、即時キャンセルにも現在のアカウント残高の返金にも対象となりません。ただし、請求書がすべて精算され、プログラムで発生したアクションがパートナーに支払われると、余剰のアカウント残高の返金対象となります。
現在のアカウント残高の返金対象とならない主な理由は、まだロックされていない保留中アクションがあるためです。これに該当するかどうかは、 [保留中アクション支払レポート](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/additionalreports/report/viewReport.report?id=65) をアカウント内で確認できます。アクションが最後にロックされる日が、アカウントを閉鎖できる日です。
まだロックされていない保留中アクションがある場合は、 [すべての有効なパートナー契約を失効させてください](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md) 新しい保留中アクションが発生しないようにしてください。これらはアカウント閉鎖を遅らせます。パートナー契約の失効についてサポートが必要な場合は、 [サポートに連絡してください](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).
