# ブランドとして自動支払いを設定する

impact.com アカウントに ACH（Automated Clearing House）支払いと自動支払いを設定できます。これらの支払いは、impact.com の手数料とあなたの [パートナー支払い請求書](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md).

#### ACH 支払いを行う

ACH 支払いは必ず *最初に* 完了して、今後自動支払いで問題が発生しないようにしてください。ACH 支払いの処理には 3～7 営業日かかります。

1. 上部ナビゲーションバーで、次を選択します **残高** → **入金する**.
   * このオプションが表示されない場合、入金に必要な権限がない可能性があります。これらの権限の取得について、アカウント管理者にお問い合わせください。
2. 次の画面で *入金する* 画面の下に *支払方法*、選択します **ACH**.
3. 右側の下に *必要資金*に、入金したい金額を入力します。
4. 選択 **支払う**.
5. 入力した情報を再確認し、その後、 *あなたの名前*の横に、あなたの名前を入力します。
6. 選択 **入金を確認**.

ACH 入金が失敗する理由はいくつかあります。

* **銀行情報が正しくない**：銀行口座情報またはルーティング番号が無効です。
* **口座凍結**：提供された銀行情報は、銀行によって凍結された口座のものです。
* **口座閉鎖**：銀行情報が、現在は有効でない口座に紐づいています。
* **残高不足**：口座残高が、入金額を清算するのに不足しています。
* **無許可の引き落とし**：impact.com が承認済み債権者、またはホワイトリストに追加されていないため、銀行が支払いを拒否しました。

ACH 入金の失敗を防ぐには、次のベストプラクティスに従ってください。

* **口座情報を確認する**：銀行口座番号とルーティング番号が正しく入力されていることを再確認してください。1 桁でも間違うと取引が失敗することがあります。
* **十分な残高を維持する**：取引を開始する前に、銀行口座に入金額をカバーできる十分な資金があることを確認してください。

#### 自動支払いを設定する

ACH 支払いが正常に完了したら、自動支払いを設定できます。

1. 上部ナビゲーションバーで、次を選択します **残高** → **設定**.
2. 左側の *設定*、選択します [自動支払い](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/view-edit-automatic-deposits-flow.ihtml).
   * まだ ACH 支払いを行っていない場合は、 **ACH 入金を行う** を選択し、 [*ACH 支払いを行う*](#set-up-automatic-payments) 上記のセクション。

5. 選択 **保存**、その後、 **あなたの名前** フィールドにあなたの名前を入力して、自動支払いを承認します。
   * 自動支払いの設定が正常に完了すると、支払いしきい値を超えるリクエストが発生した場合にのみ、impact.com から自動支払いリクエストの処理について通知されます。
