# アクションの保留中支払いを承認、取り消し、変更する
アクションはロックされる前であれば承認、取消、または変更できるため、パートナーへの支払いをそれに応じて簡単に調整できます。

アクションを承認する

1. 移動先  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
* ページ右上のアイコンを使用して、  [ピン留めする](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **スケジュール設定する**,  **ダウンロードする** （PDF、Excel、またはCSV形式で）、または  **エクスポートする** レポート（API経由）。
2. 承認したいアクションにカーソルを合わせ、次に選択します  **\[その他]** → **承認**.
3. アクションはロック用に承認されます。
アクションを変更する
1. 移動先  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. **ダブルクリック** 表のいずれかのエントリをダブルクリックするか、選択します  **\[展開]** アクションの追加詳細を表示するには。
3. 選択します **変更** を読み込むには *項目詳細を変更* ページ。
4. 下で *項目詳細*、選択します **項目を却下** アクションを取り消すには、または **販売金額を変更** アクションの詳細を調整するには。
5. を選択してください **変更/却下の理由**.
6. 選択します **変更** 変更を保存するには。

取り消したアクションを復元する

2. 一覧で復元したい特定のアクションを見つけ、次に選択します  **アクション** → **承認** 取り消しを上書きするには。

返品処理を自動化する
取り消しを手動で処理したくない場合は、処理を自動化する方法がいくつかあります。イベントタイプを設定し、自動返品処理の希望オプションを指定できます。
そのためには、次の手順に従います。
1. 上部ナビゲーションメニューから、  **\[ユーザープロフィール]** **→** **設定**.
2. 下で *Tracking*、選択します [**イベントタイプ**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 返品処理を自動化したいイベントタイプにカーソルを合わせ、次を選択します  **\[その他]** → **表示 / 編集**.
4. 選択します  **\[編集]** の右端にある **返品処理** 行。

5. 選択します **保存**.
