# アクションの保留中報酬を承認、取り消し、変更する
アクションはロックされる前に承認、差し戻し、または変更できるため、パートナーへの支払いをそれに応じて簡単に調整できます。

アクションを承認する

1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
* ページ右上のアイコンを使用して、次の操作を行えます  [ピン留め](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **スケジュール**,  **ダウンロード** （PDF、Excel、またはCSV形式）、または  **エクスポート** レポートを取得します（API経由で）。
2. 承認したいアクションにカーソルを合わせ、次に選択します  **\[その他]** → **承認**.
3. そのアクションはロックのために承認されます。
アクションを変更する
1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. **ダブルクリック** 表のいずれかのエントリをダブルクリックするか、次を選択します  **\[展開]** アクションの詳細を表示します。
3. 選択 **修正** を読み込むには *アイテム詳細を変更* ページを選択します。
4. 次の下で *アイテム詳細*、次を選択します **アイテムを却下** アクションを差し戻すには、または **売上金額を変更** アクションの詳細を調整します。
5. を選択します **変更/却下の理由**.
6. 選択 **修正** 変更を保存します。
注文の再帰属のような他の種類の変更については、 [サポートにお問い合わせください](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml). impact.com では、まだロックされていない注文の帰属を修正できます。
アクションを差し戻す
1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. 差し戻したいアクションにカーソルを合わせ、次に選択します  **\[その他]** → **取り消す** そして、表示されたオプションから理由を選びます。
3. impact.com が差し戻しを完了します。

差し戻したアクションを復元する
1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. 一覧で復元したい特定のアクションを見つけ、次に選択します  **アクション** → **承認** 差し戻しを上書きします。
3. アクションは次に戻ります [*保留中の支払い: アクション*](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/payouts/approve-reverse-and-modify-pending-payouts-for-actions.md) ページに戻り、パートナーと定めた契約条件に基づいてロックされます。
返品処理を自動化する
差し戻しを手動で処理したくない場合は、処理を自動化する方法がいくつかあります。イベントタイプを設定し、自動返品処理の希望するオプションを指定できます。
そのためには、次の手順に従います。
1. 上部のナビゲーションメニューから、次を選択します  **\[ユーザープロフィール]** **→** **設定**.
2. 次の下で *トラッキング*、次を選択します [**イベントタイプ**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 返品処理を自動化したいイベントタイプにカーソルを合わせ、次を選択します  **\[その他]** → **表示 / 編集**.
4. 選択  **\[編集]** の右端にある **返品処理** 行。
* ここでのオプションの詳細については、 *返品処理オプションのリファレンス* 以下に従って設定してください。
5. 選択 **保存**.
