# アクションの保留中支払いを承認、取り消し、変更する
アクションはロックされる前に承認、差し戻し、または変更できるため、それに応じてパートナーへの支払いを簡単に調整できます。

アクションを承認する

1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い待ちのすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
* ページ右上のアイコンを使用して、次のことができます。  [ピン留め](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **スケジュール**,  **ダウンロード** （PDF、Excel、またはCSV形式で）、または  **エクスポート** レポートを出力する（API経由）。
2. 承認したいアクションにカーソルを合わせて、次に選択します  **\[詳細]** → **承認**.
3. アクションはロック対象として承認されます。
アクションを変更する
1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い待ちのすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. **ダブルクリック** 表のいずれかの項目を、または選択します  **\[展開]** アクションの詳細を表示します。
3. 選択 **変更** を読み込むには *アイテム詳細の変更* ページ。
4. の下で *アイテム詳細*、選択します **アイテムを却下** アクションを取り消すには、または **売上金額を変更** アクションの詳細を調整します。
5. を選択してください **変更/却下の理由**.
6. 選択 **変更** 変更を保存します。
注文の再アトリビューションのような他の種類の変更については、必ず [サポートにお問い合わせください](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml)。impact.comでは、まだロックされていない注文のアトリビューションを修正できます。
アクションを取り消す

2. 取り消したいアクションにカーソルを合わせて、次に選択します  **\[詳細]** → **取り消し** そして、表示されたオプションから理由を選択します。
3. impact.comが取り消しを完了します。

取り消したアクションを復元する
1. 次へ移動します  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).

2. 一覧から復元したい特定のアクションを見つけ、次に選択します  **アクション** → **承認** 取り消しを上書きします。
3. アクションは次の場所に戻ります [*保留中の支払い：アクション*](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml) ページに戻り、パートナーと締結した契約条件に基づいてロックされます。
返品処理を自動化する
取り消しを手動で処理したくない場合は、処理を自動化する方法がいくつかあります。イベントタイプを設定し、希望する自動返品処理オプションを指定できます。
そのためには、次の手順に従います：
1. 上部のナビゲーションメニューから、次を選択します  **\[ユーザープロフィール]** **→** **設定**.
2. の下で *トラッキング*、選択します [**イベントタイプ**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 返品処理を自動化したいイベントタイプにカーソルを合わせ、次を選択します  **\[詳細]** → **表示 / 編集**.
4. 選択  **\[編集]** の右端にある **返品処理** 行。
