# アクションの保留中の報酬を承認、取り消し、変更する
アクションはロックされる前に承認、取り消し、または変更できるため、パートナーへの支払いをそれに応じて簡単に調整できます。

アクションを承認する

1. 移動して  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
* ページ右上のアイコンを使って  [固定](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/multi-program-reports/report-management/pin-a-report.md),  **スケジュール設定**,  **ダウンロード** （PDF、Excel、または CSV 形式で）、または  **エクスポート** レポートを出力します（API 経由）。
2. 承認したいアクションにカーソルを合わせ、次に  **\[その他]** → **承認**.
3. アクションはロック承認されます。
アクションを変更する
1. 移動して  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**アクション**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/pending-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 支払い保留中のすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. **ダブルクリック** 表のいずれかのエントリを、または  **\[展開]** を選択して、アクションの追加詳細を表示します。
3. 選択 **変更** を読み込むには *項目詳細の変更* ページ。
4. 「 *項目詳細*で、 **項目を却下** でアクションを取り消すか、または **売上金額を変更** でアクションの詳細を調整します。
5. を選択します **変更/却下の理由**.
6. 選択 **変更** を選択して変更を保存します。

アクションを取り消す

2. 取り消したいアクションにカーソルを合わせ、次に  **\[その他]** → **取り消す** を選択し、表示されるオプションから理由を選んでください。
3. impact.com が取り消しを完了します。

取り消されたアクションを復元する
1. 移動して  **\[Engage] → トランザクション → 保留中の支払い →** [**差し戻し済み**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/actions/open/reversed-actions-flow.ihtml).
* 取り消されたすべてのパートナーアクションを含む表が表示されます。
2. リストから復元したい特定のアクションを見つけ、次に  **アクション** → **承認** を選択して取り消しを上書きします。
3. アクションは [*保留中の支払い: アクション*](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/payouts/approve-reverse-and-modify-pending-payouts-for-actions.md) ページに戻り、パートナーとの契約条件に基づいてロックされます。
取り消し処理を自動化する
取り消しを手動で処理したくない場合は、処理を自動化するいくつかの方法があります。イベントタイプを設定し、自動取消処理の希望するオプションを指定できます。
そのためには、次の手順に従います。
1. 上部のナビゲーションメニューから を選択します  **\[ユーザープロファイル]** **→** **設定**.
