# オープンエンドロックの説明
PXAコース（契約と支払い）を受講するPXAコース（トラッキング）を受講する
無期限ロックでは、パートナー主導のリードが、ロックされて支払い対象のアクションになるタイミングを選べます。このロック方式は、テンプレート条項に設定されているアクションロック期間に代わるもので、旅行予約のようにリードが必ずしもアクションに変わらない場合にのみ使用してください。

#### 無期限ロックは何に使いますか？
無期限ロックは、ロジスティック上の理由により、アクションロック期間に従ってロックできないアクションに使用すべきです。たとえば、ホテル予約のようなサービスでは、パートナーが顧客に6か月先の予約を促すことがありますが、顧客は予約から滞在までの間ならいつでもその予約をキャンセルできます。無期限ロックにより、まだ発生していないアクションに対してブランドがパートナーへ支払いを行うことを防げます。
#### 無期限ロックの期限はありますか？
無期限ロックのアクションは730日または2年後にロックされます。

**手順2：ディスポジションコードを設定する**
無期限ロックを有効にした後、 [ディスポジションコードも作成する必要があります](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/tracking/set-up-tracking/manage-disposition-codes.md)。ディスポジションコードは、承認されるアクションに何が適切かを基準にあなたが決定します。アクションを **承認する** ためのディスポジションコードは、要件に応じてカスタム設定できます。例：航空会社では *確認済み*、ホテルでは *チェックイン済み* を使用すると、ステータスが承認済みに変わり、契約に従って一定日数後にロックされるルールがトリガーされます。
各ディスポジションコードについて、システム内のアクションに対してimpact.comが何を行うかを選択する必要があります。ディスポジションコードには次のオプションがあります：
* そのままにする
* 承認
* 拒否
* 変更

**手順3：無期限ロックを許可するようテンプレート条項を変更する**
特定の承認日に合わせるため、カスタムのアクションロック条項を変更する必要があります。
1. 左側のナビゲーションバーから、次を選択します  **\[エンゲージ]** → **契約 →** [**テンプレート条件**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 変更したい条項にカーソルを合わせ、次に  **\[その他]** → **条項を変更**.
3. 下にスクロールして *アクションロック* セクションまで移動し、 **承認済み** オプションが選択されていることを確認してください。
4. 情報を適切に入力してください。

#### FTP経由で無期限アクションを一括処理する
impact.comでは、設定したディスポジションコードを含むバッチファイルをFTPで送信することで、無期限アクションを一括承認できます。
