# アクションに関する問い合わせを確認する

キャッシュバックおよびロイヤルティの一部のパートナーは、送信できます *アクション問い合わせ* アクションがトラッキングされていないと考える場合に送信できます。アクションを確認し、問い合わせ内容に関してパートナーからの情報を承認、却下、または追加で依頼できます。例が必要ですか？ *例のシナリオ* この記事の下部をご覧ください。
#### アクション問い合わせを確認する
1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから、  **\[Engage]** → **取引 → 問い合わせ** パートナーからのアクション問い合わせの一覧を表示します。
2. 問い合わせにカーソルを合わせて  **\[その他]** → **レビュー** を選択し、問い合わせを確認します
3. パートナー、日時、想定報酬額など、問い合わせに関する情報が表示されます。スクロールして *解決方法を選択* セクションで確認を進めます。
4. このアクションを確認するには、 **送信** を選択して前のページに戻るか、 **送信して次を確認** を選択して次の問い合わせを読み込みます。
#### アクション問い合わせの解決

アクションが発生したと判断した場合は、 **アクション問い合わせを** 承認します。

アクションが発生していないと判断した場合は、アクション問い合わせを却下して、アクションに対するクレジットが付与されないことをパートナーに通知します。ドロップダウンから、却下理由に最も近いものを選択するか、 **その他** を選択して、理由を *メモ* セクション。

アクションの発生有無を判断できない場合、または確認を進めるために追加情報が必要な場合は、このオプションを選択し、 *メモ* フィールドにパートナー向けのコメントを入力してください。

**例のシナリオ:** Acme Inc. は、Russel Sprout とパートナーとして協力しているブランドです。Russel Sprout は1月1日に発生したアクションを促しましたが、トラッキングされませんでした。彼は不足している詳細を添えて Acme にアクション問い合わせを提出し、確認を依頼します。3月5日、Acme は Russel Sprout のアクション問い合わせを確認し、そのアクションは実際に発生しており、パートナーに支払うべきだと判断します。Acme が元の1月1日の取引日でアクション問い合わせを承認すると：
* イベント日が3月5日の新しいアクションが作成され、ロックされます。アクションは次回の予定清算日に支払われます。
