# Advocateで大量の現金報酬を作成する

多くの報酬は、紹介のコンバージョンのようなプログラムルールによって自動的に発生しますが、アンケートの回答やコンテストの当選など、手動またはオフラインのアクションに対して参加者に報酬を付与する必要がある場合もあります。

この **一括報酬** インポートツールを使うと、CSVファイルをアップロードして、複数のアドボケートに現金、ポイント、またはギフトカードを一度に付与できます。この機能には、資金を支払う前にデータが正しいことを確認するためのドライラン安全機構が含まれています。

### インポートファイルを準備する

まず、報酬を付与したいユーザーの一覧を含むCSVまたはJSONLファイルが必要です。

* **必須列**: ファイルには少なくとも次を含める必要があります `userId` ユーザーを識別するためのものです。
* **任意列**: ファイルに報酬の詳細（例: 金額、単位、種類）を含めることができます。あるいは、これらを *グローバルのデフォルト値* としてインポート処理中にプラットフォームで設定すると、ファイルを簡略化できます。

#### インポート設定を構成する

**事前設定値を設定する（グローバルデフォルト）**

CSVファイルでの時間短縮とエラー削減のため、インポート内のすべての行に適用される事前設定値を定義できます。

* **報酬**: 事前設定済みの報酬を選択するか、手動の単位（例:「Cash/USD」）を指定してください。
* **プログラム**: これらの報酬を、レポート用に特定のプログラムに関連付けます。

#### アップロードとドライラン

現金報酬は最終的なもので取り消しできないため、システムではドライラン（テストインポート）が必須です。これにより、報酬を処理する前に詳細を安心して確認できます。

2. 選択してください **テストインポートを実行** テスト状態を開始するために。
3. システムがファイルを処理し **必要な権限がない** 報酬を作成します。

#### 確認して確定する

テスト実行が完了すると、Imports & Exports の一覧にステータスエントリが表示されます。確認プロセスの一環としてメールが送信される場合があります（ギフトカード、支払い設定など）。

1. **レビュー**: エラーがある場合（次で示されます ![](https://1458456015-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FwMLlMoFBtKJa8ptd3zaw%2Fuploads%2F42gbg9NHA1obODpwpxh1%2Ficons8-high-importance-16.png?alt=media\&token=80a809ae-ca8e-43d4-af95-a416a44c8ec3) **\[Exclaimation]**）を選択して **エラーレポートをダウンロード** してファイルを修正し、再試行してください。また、 **レポートをダウンロード** すると、作成されるすべての報酬の記録を取得できます。エラーの有無にかかわらず、確認用としてダウンロードすることをおすすめします。

3. 確認モーダルが表示され、合計の影響（例:「このインポートを実行すると412件の報酬が作成されます」）が要約されます。次を選択します **インポートを実行** 確認して報酬を支払うには、

続行しない場合は、実行をキャンセルしてから［破棄］を選択すると、テスト実行を削除できます。
