# セルフサービスリクエストの概要

impact.com では、サポートに連絡しなくても、ステップごとのチェックリストを使ってセルフサービスでリクエストを送信し、アカウントに新しい機能やアドオンを追加できます。

チェックリストを使うと、何を追加したいのか、どのように設定すべきかを明確にできるため、すべてが正しくセットアップされます。必要に応じて当社チームがサポートできるよう、チェックリストにはできるだけ詳しく記入してください。
