# ブランドアカウントを閉鎖するには？

アカウントを閉鎖する前に、次の簡単な手順に従ってください:

#### 手順 1: アクティブな契約を期限切れにする
すべてのアクティブな契約を一度に期限切れにするには、 *My Partners* 画面に移動します。
1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューで、〜を選択します  **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
2. フィルターのすぐ下で、  **\[チェック済みのボックス] すべて選択** → **契約 → 期限切れ**.
3. 〜の上で *期限切れ* 画面でオプションを設定し、次に **期限切れ**.
* 必要に応じて、 **すべてのスイッチを撤回** して契約の切り替えを防ぎ、 **コメント** impact.comプラットフォームを離れる予定であることを説明してください。

#### 手順 2: 金銭的義務が精算済みであることを確認する
未払いおよび保留中の料金がすべて清算されるまで、アカウントは無効化できません。impact.com がアカウントを無効化する前に、すべての料金を清算できるよう十分な資金をアカウントに入金する必要があります。

#### 手順 3: 商品カタログを削除する
1. 左側のナビゲーションバーから、  **\[Engage] → コンテンツ → 商品 → 商品カタログ**.
2. カーソルを *パフォーマンス* 列の上に置き、表の最後にある  **\[その他] → 削除**.
1. すべての商品カタログが削除されるまで、各カタログに対してこの手順を繰り返します。

#### 手順 4: アカウント閉鎖を依頼する
アカウントの精算が完了したら、最後の [アクションロック](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/set-action-locking-and-payment-scheduling-periods.md) 日が過ぎるのを待ってから、サポートチケットを提出してアカウントの閉鎖を依頼してください。単に [サポートチケット](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml) ご依頼内容の詳細を記載してください。impact.com は無効化する前に、アカウントの最終確認を行います。

#### アカウント閉鎖に関するよくある質問
アカウントが閉鎖された後、契約はどうなりますか？
impact.com がブランドアカウントを閉鎖すると、パートナーとのすべての契約は期限切れとなり、閉鎖日以降のアクションはすべて却下されます。
アカウントが閉鎖された後、リンクはどうなりますか？
パートナーのメディアプロパティのどこかにプロモーションリンクがまだ掲載されていて、顧客がそのリンクをクリックした場合、リンクの期限が切れているというエラーメッセージが表示されるか、表示されないページに誘導されるはずです。リンクがまだ有効な場合でも、クレジット付与やトラッキングは行われず、アクションは却下されます。
