# ブランドアカウントを閉鎖するにはどうすればよいですか？

アカウントを閉鎖する前に、次の簡単な手順に従ってください。

#### 手順 1: 有効な契約を期限切れにする
有効な契約をすべて一度に期限切れにするには、 *マイパートナー* 画面。
1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから、次を選択します  **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
2. フィルターのすぐ下で、  **\[チェック済みのボックス] すべて選択** → **契約 → 失効**.
3. 次の画面で *失効* 画面でオプションを設定し、次に **失効**.
* 必要に応じて、 **すべての切り替えを取り消す** 契約の切り替えを防ぎ、 **コメント** impact.com プラットフォームを離れる意向であることを説明してください。

#### 手順 2: 金銭的義務が清算されていることを確認する

アカウントが閉鎖された後、契約はどうなりますか？
impact.com がブランドアカウントを閉鎖すると、パートナーとのすべての契約は期限切れになり、閉鎖日以降のアクションはすべて却下されます。
アカウントが閉鎖された後、リンクはどうなりますか？
パートナーのメディア上のどこかにプロモーションリンクがまだ掲載されている状態で、そのリンクを顧客がクリックした場合、リンクの有効期限が切れていることを示すエラーメッセージが表示されるか、無効ページに誘導されるはずです。リンクがまだ有効な場合でも、成果の計上やトラッキングは行われず、アクションは却下されます。
