# ブランドアカウントを閉鎖するには？

アカウントを閉鎖する前に、以下の簡単な手順に従ってください：

#### ステップ1：有効な契約を失効させる
すべての有効な契約を一度に失効させるには、 *マイパートナー* 画面から設定できます。
1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから、  **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
2. フィルターのすぐ下で、  **\[チェック済みボックス] すべて選択** → **契約 → 失効**.
3. 上の *期限切れにする* 画面でオプションを設定し、次に **期限切れにする**.
* 必要に応じて、 **すべての切り替えを取り下げる** 契約の切り替えを防止し、 **コメント** impact.comプラットフォームを退会する意向であることを記載してください。

#### ステップ2：金銭的義務が清算されていることを確認する
未払いおよび保留中の手数料がすべて清算されるまで、アカウントは無効化できません。impact.comがアカウントを無効化する前に、すべての手数料を清算できるよう十分にアカウントへ入金する必要があります。

アカウントを閉鎖した後、契約はどうなりますか？
impact.comがブランドアカウントを閉鎖すると、パートナーとのすべての契約は失効し、閉鎖日以降のアクションはすべて却下されます。
アカウントを閉鎖した後、リンクはどうなりますか？
パートナーのメディア上のどこかにプロモーションリンクが残っていて、顧客がそのリンクをクリックした場合は、リンクの有効期限が切れているというエラーメッセージが表示されるか、無効ページに転送されるはずです。リンクがまだ有効な場合でも、クレジット付与やトラッキングは行われず、アクションは却下されます。
