# ブランド向けのカスタムパートナー登録条件を作成する
パートナーがサインアップ時に同意する標準利用規約またはカスタム利用規約を設定できます。これらは、パートナーとのパフォーマンスマーケティング関係を規定する条件です。設定を行う際に [カスタムプログラムブランディング](/brand/ja/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/program-settings/profile-and-branding/customize-your-program-branding.md)、次のいずれかを選択できます：
* 標準マスター・プログラム契約（MPA）
* カスタムサインアップ利用規約
## 標準マスタープログラム契約
このデフォルトオプションのままにすると、すべてのパートナーサインアップページに impact.com の [マスタープログラム契約](https://impact.com/legal/impact.com_Master_Program_Agreement.pdf) （MPA）。
パートナーサインアップ利用規約は、新規パートナーのサインアップと既存パートナーの両方に適用されます。この契約についてご質問やご懸念がある場合は、 [サポートにお問い合わせください](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml).

#### カスタムサインアップ利用規約
独自のパートナーサインアップ利用規約をカスタマイズすると、パートナーがサインアップ時に同意できるカスタム利用規約を作成できます。カスタムサインアップ利用規約を設定するには、次の手順に従ってください：
1. 上部ナビゲーションバーから、  **\[ユーザープロフィール] → 設定**.
2. 左側の *ブランディング* セクションで、 **サインアップページ**.
3. 次の *パートナー契約条件* セクションで、 **独自のカスタムサインアップ利用規約（PDF）を使用する**.
4. 選択 **ファイルを選択**.
* サインアップ時にパートナーに同意してもらいたい利用規約のPDFファイルをアップロードします。
5. 選択 **保存**.
