# パートナー登録ページにアンケートを追加する
パートナーがプログラムに登録する際に回答するカスタム質問を追加できます。まず、 [アンケートを作成し](/brand/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/surveys/create-a-partner-survey.md) その後、以下の手順に従ってパートナー登録ページに追加します。有効にすると、ブランドに申し込むすべてのパートナー（直接リンクまたはブランドマーケットプレイス経由）は、申し込みのためにこのアンケートを完了する必要があります。ただし、パートナーが複数のブランドに一括で申し込む場合は、このアンケートはスキップされます。既存のパートナーは [アンケートに回答できます](/partner/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/platform-features/working-with-brands/surveys/respond-to-brand-surveys.md) で *アンケート* 画面。

1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから  **［ユーザープロフィール］** → **設定**.
2. 右側の *ブランディング*で、 **パートナー登録ページ**.
3. の横にある *アンケート*,  **［トグルをオンにする］** **カスタム質問をする**.
4. から **アンケートを選択**  **［ドロップダウンメニュー］**を選択して、追加したいアンケートを選びます。
5. 選択 **保存**.
プログラム登録を完了したパートナーのみ、アンケート回答が記録されます。アンケート回答を表示するには、 [アンケートの管理](/brand/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/surveys/manage-your-surveys.md).
