# パートナーとのやり取りメモを管理する

パートナーシップをより適切にサポートするために、パートナーとのやり取りの履歴を保持します。

#### メモを管理

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーから、次を選択します ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage]** → **パートナー → パートナー**.
2. メモを作成したいパートナーにカーソルを合わせ、次に選択します ![](/files/967afd940eacbf83a7772ab9ff5584bc129c9568) **\[詳細] → \[メモ]**.
3. いくつかの操作を行えます。
   * パートナーとのやり取りについてメモを書きます。メモを書いたら、そのメモがメール、通話、またはパートナーとのチャットのどれに基づくものかを選択します。必要に応じて、ファイルを追加できます。選択します **追加**.
   * このパートナーに関するメモを表示します。次で絞り込みます *すべて*, *メール*, *電話*、または *チャット* を使って種類別にメモを表示します。選択します ![](/files/34c3dbe05c1110f13e076d5a5abd0fec57cb1797) **\[検索]** すべてのメモをまたいでテキストを検索します。
   * パートナーにメールを送信するか、パートナーのアカウントに連絡先を追加します。
   * パートナーの詳細を表示します。これには、アクティビティ状況、パートナーシップの開始時期、パートナーが所属するグループ、アカウントマネージャーが含まれます。

#### パートナーの操作を表示

その *メモ* ページでは、パートナーシップの管理に役立つ他のページにも移動できます。

3. 右上隅で選択し、 **アクション数**、次に希望するページを選択します。

   | **$ クライアントコスト設定** | <p>クライアントからパートナーシップの費用を請求するかどうかを切り替えます。たとえば、管理しているブランドを持つ代理店の場合や、管理しているパートナーを持つブランドの一員である場合などです。</p><p>メディア費用に対する割合を上乗せして請求する、売上収益の割合を請求する、またはコンバージョンごとに固定CPAを請求する、のいずれかを選択します。</p> |
