# パートナーにメールを送る

メールを使ってパートナーと簡単にコミュニケーションできます。今後のプログラム変更、特別プロモーションなどについてパートナーとやり取りしてください。見込みパートナーにメールを送るには、こちらを参照してください [見込み顧客に連絡する](/brand/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/performance-program/recruiting-partners/prospective-partners/contact-a-prospect.md) を使用してください。

#### パートナー画面からメール送信

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーから、次を選択します ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
   * また、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択してください ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → クリエイター**.
2. ページ上部の検索バーとフィルターを使って、メールを送りたいパートナーを見つけます。
3. その **名前** 詳細を表示するにはこちら。
4. 表示される詳細ウィンドウで、次を選択します **メールアドレス** または ![](/files/dc5143c5171b0718a87bac64c64b43a36cc7b292) **\[メール]**.
5. メールを作成して **送信** パートナーに送信します。

#### パートナーに一括でメールを送信

1. 左側のナビゲーションバーから、次を選択します ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → パートナー**.
   * また、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択してください ![](/files/7ddd72d8e69e7055d9408cf4847c5c54abf9f71d) **\[Engage] → パートナー → クリエイター**.
2. 右上隅で、次を選択します **パートナーのメールリストをダウンロード**.
   * また、クリエイターの場合は、次を選択してください ![](/files/967afd940eacbf83a7772ab9ff5584bc129c9568) **\[More]** → **クリエイターのメールリストをダウンロード**.
3. すべてのパートナーのメール詳細を含む .CSV ファイルがデバイスにダウンロードされます。ダウンロード内でファイルを見つけ、表計算ソフトで開いてください。
4. の内容をコピーして *メール* 列に貼り付けて、次を *宛先* メール下書きのフィールドに入力します。
5. メールを作成して **送信** すべてのパートナーに送信します。
