# 申請者に対してカウンター提案を送る
パートナーがあなたの公開条件に基づいてプログラムに申し込んだ場合、別の契約を提案することもできます（たとえば、パートナーのビジネスモデルにより適した別の条件セットなど）。

1. 左側のナビゲーションメニューから、次を選択します  **\[Engage]** → **パートナー** → **申請**.
2. 提案を送信したいパートナーにカーソルを合わせ、次に  **\[More]** → **対案**.
3. 〜の *提案* 画面で、  **\[ドロップダウンメニュー]** を選択して **テンプレート条件**.
4. 次を設定します **契約日** を選び、契約が *期間* であるべきかどうかを指定し、 **継続中** または **一時的**.
* を選択すると、 **一時的**を指定して、 **で終了する** 日付を設定し、必要に応じて契約を **現在のテンプレート条件にフォールバックする** または **別のテンプレート条件** ようにします。
5. の横で *承認オプション*で  **\[ラジオボタン]** **提案**。次に  **\[未チェックのボックス]** この提案に **有効期限** があるかどうか、また相手が **カウンターオファー** できるかどうかを判断します。
