# 連鎖アクションを使用してコンバージョンファネルを追跡する

連鎖アクションを使うと、親アクションと子アクションを関連付けることで、イベントファネルを追跡できます。この機能は、複数のステップを含むコンバージョンファネルを追跡したいブランドに便利です。

パートナーがトライアル会員登録（親アクション）を促し、その後同じ顧客が有料会員に移行します（子アクション）。impact.com は、両方のアクションとそれらの相互関係を追跡します。

音楽ブロガーがプラットフォームで初回購読を促し（親アクション）、その結果、以後数か月にわたって継続更新が発生します（子アクション）。

#### 仕組み

* 親アクションが先に発生し、子アクションより前に追跡されている必要があります。そうでない場合、イベントの連鎖が壊れるおそれがあり、コンバージョンを該当のパートナーに帰属させることができなくなります。
* 子アクションは共通の顧客IDを使用して親アクションに紐づけられ、これによりコンバージョンは親イベントを促したパートナーに帰属されます。アクションの連鎖はこの顧客IDによってのみ可能であり、親アクションと子アクションの両方で渡す必要があります。
* 必要に応じて、親アクションと子アクションはいずれも個別に取り消すことができます。
