# Reimposta le modifiche o gli annullamenti in batch

Se hai modificato o annullato per errore un'azione in sospeso e vuoi ripristinarne il valore o lo stato originale, puoi inviare un file di reset.

**Nota:** L'uso di un file di reset può alterare alcuni report di elenco delle azioni, ad esempio facendo sì che le inversioni accidentali (anche dopo il reset) risultino ancora annullate, oppure che le azioni rimangano bloccate con lo stato "Reimposta al valore originale" anche se sono state modificate dopo il reset. Consigliamo di discuterne con il tuo CSM (o [contatta l'assistenza](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)) prima di inviare un file di reset.

Questo file richiede solo tre intestazioni. Questi valori possono essere trovati nella *Dettagli dell'azione* schermata:

1. Dalla barra di navigazione a sinistra, seleziona ![](/files/56eb48c7f3195590132b62ea75c0575abe0113e5) **\[Engage] → Transazioni → Pagamenti in sospeso → Azioni**.
2. Nel *ID azione* colonna, seleziona l'intestazione collegata **ID azione**.
