# Invia un messaggio a un partner

Usa *Messaggi* per comunicare in modo rapido e semplice con i partner a cui ti sei unito. È un buon modo per risolvere i problemi e comunicare riguardo a eventi futuri.

**Autorizzazioni di messaggistica**
* Avrai bisogno dell' **Messaggistica** autorizzazione dell'utente dell'account per inviare messaggi ai partner. Questa autorizzazione è standard per i *Community Manager* e *Amministratore dell'account* ruoli utente, e può anche essere impostata come parte dei [ruoli personalizzati](/brand/it/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/invite-and-manage-users/understanding-user-management-as-a-brand.md).
#### Invia messaggi ai partner
Ci sono 2 modi per inviare messaggi ai tuoi partner:

1. Dalla barra di navigazione a sinistra, seleziona  **\[Engage]** → **Partner** → **Partner**.
2. Passa il cursore sul partner a cui desideri inviare un messaggio, quindi seleziona  **\[Altro]** → **Messaggio**.
3. Inserisci il messaggio che desideri inviare al tuo partner.
* Facoltativamente, puoi  **\[Allega file]**. È possibile allegare i seguenti tipi di file: CSV, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
* Tutti gli allegati in entrata e in uscita vengono sottoposti a scansione antivirus.
4. Una volta inserito il messaggio e aggiunti gli allegati, seleziona **Invia**.
Tramite la tua Posta in arrivo
Inviare messaggi ai tuoi partner può essere più semplice direttamente dalla tua *Posta in arrivo*.
Scoprite come [gestisci la tua posta in arrivo come brand](/brand/it/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/messaging/manage-your-inbox-as-a-brand.md) e come filtrare per specifici stati della relazione con i partner e altro ancora.
1. Nella barra di navigazione superiore, seleziona  **\[Posta in arrivo]**.
2. Nella barra di ricerca, trova il partner a cui desideri inviare un messaggio e seleziona il suo nome.
3. Inserisci il messaggio che desideri inviare al tuo partner.
* Facoltativamente, puoi  **\[Allega file]**. È possibile allegare i seguenti tipi di file: CSV, PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
