# Gestisci i file di promozione prodotto
Il *Promozioni prodotto* Questa funzione consente di condividere le tue offerte speciali e promozioni con i partner. Una volta caricati i file delle promozioni, puoi garantire dati promozionali aggiornati controllando i file delle promozioni, valutando lo stato dei file ed eliminando i dati promozionali indesiderati.

#### Accedi ai file delle promozioni
1. Dal menu di navigazione a sinistra, seleziona  **\[Engage] → Contenuti → Prodotti** → **Promozioni prodotto**.
1. Ogni riga nella *Promozioni prodotto* schermata rappresenta un file di promozione caricato.
#### Indicatore dello stato del file di promozione
Se un file di promozione del prodotto contiene errori o avvisi, vedrai un'indicazione di ciò nella *Stato* colonna.
Il colore dell'indicatore varia in base allo stato del file di promozione caricato:
| Indicatore | Descrizione |
| --------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **In sospeso** | Il tuo file è ancora in caricamento e in fase di elaborazione. |
| **Eccellente** | Il tuo file non contiene errori o avvisi. |
| **Buono** | Potrebbero mancare alcuni campi consigliati nel tuo file, ma il file verrà comunque caricato. |
| **Scarso** | Mancano informazioni richieste in più del 10% dei record del file. Dovrai correggere e [ricaricare il file](/brand/it/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/product-promotions/upload-product-promotion-files.md). |
#### Visualizzazione tabella Gestisci promozioni
Una volta caricato l'elenco delle tue promozioni, puoi trovare e ordinare le tue promozioni.
1. Per individuare rapidamente un file di promozione specifico, inserisci parte del **Nome file** nella barra di ricerca.
2. Per rimuovere o aggiungere colonne alla tabella, seleziona  **\[Colonne]**.
#### Visualizza o elimina i file delle promozioni
1. Per visualizzare un elenco di promozioni dei prodotti caricato, passa il mouse sopra un file e seleziona  **\[Altro]** → **Visualizza promozioni**.
* Per cercare una promozione specifica, digita parte della descrizione nella *Descrizione* casella e premi **Invio** sulla tastiera.
2. Per eliminare un file di promozione del prodotto caricato, seleziona  **\[Altro]** → **Elimina**.
