# Scarica un report personalizzato

I report personalizzati creati in Data Lab ti consentono di estrarre esattamente i dati di cui hai bisogno e, una volta creato un report, probabilmente vorrai salvarlo o condividerlo al di fuori della piattaforma. I report personalizzati non possono essere recuperati tramite il [API dei report](https://integrations.impact.com/brand-api-reference/reference/report-export/report-export), ma possono essere scaricati all'interno della piattaforma.

1. 2. 3. **Trova e seleziona** il tuo report personalizzato.
   * Se hai fissato il report, seleziona **Report → Personalizzati →** il tuo report personalizzato.
4. 5. Seleziona il **Formato** (CSV, Excel o PDF) in cui desideri scaricare il report.
   * Il report verrà scaricato nella cartella dei download predefinita del tuo browser.

**Importante:** Quando scarichi un report in formato PDF, vengono inclusi solo i dati della pagina visibile: si tratta di una limitazione del formato PDF stesso. Per ottenere tutti i dati del report, scaricalo invece in formato CSV o Excel.
