# Aumenta la compensazione dei tuoi creator come brand

Come brand, puoi aumentare il tuo *Assunti* importo della compensazione dei creator se ritieni che stiano ottenendo buoni risultati.

**Nota:** Gli aumenti della compensazione sono disponibili se il SOW utilizza *compensazione a tariffa fissa*. Per altri tipi di compensazione, come l’omaggio di prodotti, la compensazione non può essere aumentata.

1. Dal menu di navigazione a sinistra, seleziona ![](/files/56eb48c7f3195590132b62ea75c0575abe0113e5) **\[Engage]** → **Campaign Manager** → **Creator**.
2. Passa il cursore sopra la campagna a cui partecipa il creator e seleziona **Gestisci campagna**.
3. Nella schermata *Candidati* , seleziona la scheda **Assunti** .

4. Passa il cursore sopra il Creator di cui desideri aumentare la compensazione e seleziona ![](/files/6a36670a9e3518128f7130049c54b7a9613f756b) **\[Altro]** → **Aumenta compensazione**.
5. Inserisci un **Nuovo importo** e seleziona **Salva**.

   * La *Aumenta compensazione* l’azione aggiorna l’importo nel SOW ma non attiva il pagamento. Il pagamento è ancora attivato dall’ **Paga** azione.
   * I creator saranno avvisati quando la loro compensazione verrà aumentata.
