# Reimposta le modifiche o gli annullamenti in blocco

Se hai modificato o invertito accidentalmente un'azione in sospeso e vuoi ripristinare il suo valore o stato originale, puoi inviare un file di reset.

**Nota:** L'utilizzo di un file di reset può alterare alcuni report di elenco delle azioni, ad esempio inversioni accidentali (anche dopo il reset) che continuano a comparire come invertite, oppure le azioni possono rimanere bloccate con lo stato "Reset to original value" anche se sono state modificate dopo essere state reimpostate. Ti consigliamo di discuterne con il tuo CSM (o [contatta il supporto](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)) prima di inviare un file di reset.

Questo file richiede solo tre intestazioni. Questi valori si possono trovare nella *Dettagli dell'azione* schermata:

1. Dal menu di navigazione a sinistra, seleziona ![](/files/56eb48c7f3195590132b62ea75c0575abe0113e5) **\[Engage] → Transazioni → Pagamenti in sospeso → Azioni**.
2. Nel *ID azione* colonna, seleziona il collegato **ID azione**.
