# Annulla un trasferimento

Possono essere stornati solo i trasferimenti non ancora completati. Una volta stornato un trasferimento, verrà elaborata una seconda transazione per completare lo storno.

**Importante:** Una transazione stornata può comparire su due fatture diverse come due pagamenti separati. Ad esempio, un pagamento di 100 $ viene stornato e ora appare come -100 $ sulla seconda fattura.

1. Dalla barra di navigazione superiore, seleziona **il tuo saldo** → **Trasferimenti**.
2. Passa il mouse sulla riga della tabella relativa al trasferimento che desideri stornare, quindi, alla fine della riga, seleziona ![](/files/6a36670a9e3518128f7130049c54b7a9613f756b) **\[Altro]** → **Storna**.
3. Leggi il messaggio di avviso, quindi seleziona **OK**.
