# Soumettre de nouveaux SKU après conversion

Dans certains cas, les utilisateurs peuvent revenir à une commande après qu’elle a été suivie et ajouter d’autres produits. Dans ces cas, vous pouvez soumettre les nouveaux produits à impact.com via FTP afin qu’ils soient UPSERTés pour vous. #### Exigences

Un enregistrement ouvert et facturé de la commande doit déjà exister dans impact.com. Toute tentative d’upsert des articles vers une commande verrouillée échouera.

#### Préparez vos données

Vous pouvez utiliser le modèle .csv ci-dessous pour vous aider à structurer vos données. Les valeurs d’exemple des lignes 2 et 3 doivent être remplacées par vos propres données.
