# Ajouter une enquête à la page d'inscription des partenaires
Vous pouvez ajouter des questions personnalisées auxquelles les partenaires répondront lors de leur inscription à votre programme. Tout d’abord, [créez un questionnaire](/brand/fr/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/surveys/create-a-partner-survey.md) puis suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour l’ajouter à votre page d’inscription partenaire. Une fois activé, tout partenaire qui postule à votre marque (via un lien direct ou la place de marché de la marque) doit remplir ce questionnaire pour postuler. Toutefois, le questionnaire est ignoré si un partenaire postule en masse à plusieurs marques à la fois. Les partenaires existants peuvent [répondre à leurs sondages](/partner/fr/que-souhaitez-vous-apprendre/platform-features/working-with-brands/surveys/respond-to-brand-surveys.md) sur l' *Enquêtes* écran.

**Remarque :** Vous ne pouvez ajouter à la page d’inscription partenaire qu’un questionnaire sans restrictions d’accès ni date d’expiration.

1. Dans la barre de navigation supérieure, sélectionnez  **\[Profil utilisateur]** → **Paramètres**.
2. À droite, sous *Image de marque*, sélectionnez **Page d’inscription des partenaires**.
3. À côté de *Questionnaire*,  **\[Activer]** **Poser des questions personnalisées**.
4. Dans la **Sélectionner un questionnaire**  **\[Menu déroulant]**, sélectionnez le questionnaire que vous souhaitez ajouter.
5. Sélectionnez **Enregistrer**.
Seuls les partenaires qui terminent l’inscription au programme verront leurs réponses au questionnaire enregistrées.
