# Annuler un transfert

Seuls les virements qui ne sont pas encore terminés peuvent être annulés. Une fois qu’un virement est annulé, une seconde transaction sera traitée pour finaliser l’annulation.

**Important :** Une transaction annulée peut apparaître sur deux factures différentes comme deux paiements distincts. Par exemple, un paiement de 100 $ est annulé et apparaît désormais comme -100 $ sur la deuxième facture.

1. Dans la barre de navigation supérieure, sélectionnez **votre solde** → **Transferts**.
2. Survolez la ligne du tableau correspondant au virement que vous souhaitez annuler, puis, à la fin de la ligne, sélectionnez ![](/files/8fc46368ded1f34376787abf9e1ea28872383d82) **\[Plus]** → **Annuler**.
3. Lisez le message d’avertissement, puis sélectionnez **OK**.
