# Ajouter un participant, une récompense ou un parrainage individuel

En général, nous recevons les informations sur les participants aux événements, les récompenses et les parrainages via l’une de vos intégrations de données ou un [import en masse](https://integrations.impact.com/integration-guides/for-brands/advocate/advocate-api/advocate-program-bulk-import-methods). Vous pouvez également les gérer individuellement. L’ajout manuel de données déclenchera toute automatisation du programme, comme les objectifs et les récompenses.

2. Sélectionnez **Ajouter un utilisateur**.
3. Saisissez les informations du participant :
   * Prénom et nom
   * Adresse e-mail
   * ID du compte et de l’utilisateur, que nous recommandons de faire identiques, sauf si le compte sera partagé entre plusieurs participants

Décochez la case si le participant ne peut pas recevoir de parrainages.
5. Sélectionnez **Ajouter**.

**Remarque :** Choisissez une récompense de programme existante ou créez-en une personnalisée. La sélection d’une récompense existante garantit que vos notifications restent cohérentes avec vos messages actuels et l’affichage de votre widget.

2. Recherchez et sélectionnez le **nom** du participant auquel vous souhaitez ajouter une récompense.
3. Dans le *Récompenses* section, sélectionnez **Ajouter une récompense**.
4. Choisissez parmi une *Récompense préconfigurée* ou *Récompense basée sur des unités*.
5. Sélectionnez la récompense ou l’unité de récompense et le montant dans les menus déroulants.
6. Sélectionnez **Ajouter**.

La récompense que vous ajoutez ici peut entrer dans une période en attente avant d’être disponible. La période d’attente applicable dépend de la configuration de la récompense :

**Trouvez le code de l’ambassadeur client :**

Il s’agit du participant qui reçoit le crédit pour ce parrainage.

2. Recherchez le participant dont vous souhaitez utiliser le code de parrainage.
3. Sélectionnez son **nom** pour ouvrir son profil de participant.
4. Dans la **Programme** liste déroulante de sélection dans la *Infos de parrainage* section, choisissez le programme de parrainage que vous souhaitez utiliser.
5. Sélectionnez le **Copier** icône à droite du **Code de parrainage**.

**Ajoutez le code de parrainage :**

2. Recherchez le participant que vous souhaitez désigner comme *ami parrainé*.
3. Sélectionnez son **nom** pour ouvrir son profil de participant.
4. Dans le *Recommandations* section, sélectionnez **Ajouter le parrain**.
5. Collez le code de parrainage que vous avez copié précédemment.
6. Sélectionnez **Ajouter**.
